Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Hotel Rosalina Luwuk Berbasis Web

Abstract

This study aims as a solution to the problems that occurred at Hotel Rosalina Luwuk Banggai in the process of providing profile information, rooms and facilities available at Hotel Rosalina Luwuk Banggai. Currently, the Rosalina Luwuk Banggai Hotel Information Search is obtained by coming directly to the Rosalina Luwuk Banggai Hotel. Rosalina's hotel information delivery system has not fully assisted the hotel in channeling hotel information to hotel visitors. Therefore, it is necessary to create a system that can help convey hotel information easily and quickly to hotel visitors. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection using three ways: observation method, interview method, library method. As well as in the design using design tools such as context diagrams, DFD, ERD and others as well as designing systems that are integrated with the database. The result of this research is the Rosalina Hotel Information System which can provide profile information, rooms and facilities available at Rosalina Luwuk Banggai Hotel, which can be accessed via the internet.
