Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Layanan Pada AMIK Luwuk Banggai Menggunakan PHP

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a Service Complaint Information System at AMIK Luwuk Banggai which is expected to help AMIK Luwuk Banggai in providing services to students, lecturers and administrators of AMIK Luwuk Banggai. At present the service complaint process is still limited to reporting via WhatsApp chat and face to face without being systemized, this is what underlies this research. This study used the waterfall research method and in collecting data in the field used observation, interviews and literature. The results of this study can be made and the Service Complaint Information System at AMIK Luwuk Banggai can provide the best contribution to AMIK Luwuk Banggai.
